Why should Rules apply equally and be public?
For example if people always bullied each other you wouldn't want to come to school.
I think their should be rules so that their is fairness and order in society.

As school year has finished I will be moving on to year 6 next year. Blogging has taught be alot of things like how to use web 2 tools in post which made my post's much more interesting. I would like to thank everyone who has left a comment on my blog and for all of the people who taught me about blogging over the past 2 years.
