in class today we watched a movie about Mary mackillop it was a interesting movie what happened in the movie well Mary mackillop stood up to the pop and said that we should make a school for the poor but the pop dident want to make a school for the poor he said that god wanted these people to be poor so we shouldent make a school but aventurelly she never gave up but she got her way at the end mary mackillop died of old age it was sad but interesting

Why do you think she cared about helping the poor when the Pope didn't? Do you agree with the Pope that people are poor because God wants them to be poor?
